Criteria

  • Demonstrates outstanding excellence in law firm organizational, operational, financial, and human resources management
  • Exemplifies a noteworthy commitment to maintaining a positive image for the firm through relationship building and consistent credibility
  • Receives a high degree of peer recognition for leadership in the areas of diversity and inclusion
  • Contributes cutting edge practices that enhance the development of the firm
  • Displays high integrity and ethical behavior
  • Recognized by employees, colleagues, and clients for establishing a model of diversity, tolerance and inclusion

Winner's Requirements

  • Send bio and a photo, which needs to be in 300dpi resolution and in jpeg or gif style, to event coordinator.
  • Be present at the conference where the awards will be presented.

Nominations

  • A call for nominations is sent out through email blast, and social media networks.
     
  • Individuals nominate award winners online or via email.

Award winners are notified of their selection by Dennis Kennedy, Founder and Chair of the National Diversity Council, either by email or Linkedin.
