Lisa Havens is currently Senior Vice President Legal Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas. Prior to working at Baylor Scott & White, she was a Partner with Bowmer, Courtney, Burleson, Normand and Moore, an office of Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, primarily practicing in civil litigation defense including
medical malpractice and employment law.

Lisa received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the Baylor University School of Law. She received her MSN with focus on Clinical Nurse Specialist/Education from the University of Texas at Arlington and a BSN from Texas Christian University. Lisa is an Adjunct Professor for the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center. Awards that Lisa has received include: the Bell County Bar Association’s Jim Bowmer Lawyer of the Year Award, in 2010; Business Insurance magazine’s Risk Manager of the Year Award, in 2011; and the Dallas Women’s Lawyers Association Outstanding Corporate Counsel
award, in 2018.

Lisa is certified with the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Health Law. She is a Fellow member of the American Society for Health Risk Management (FASHRM) and a faculty member of the ASHRM Healthcare Risk Management (HRM) Certificate Program. Lisa is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM).

Lisa volunteers with Discipleship Unlimited Women’s Prison Ministry and has volunteered with the Ralph Wilson Youth Club and Canine Companions for Independence. Lisa is a veteran having served as a 1 st Lieutenant Nurse in the Air Force Reserves.

Kristin Dickerson is a weekend evening news anchor, special projects reporter, and photographer for NBC 5.

Her work as a reporter and photographer has earned a National Murrow award, four national Gracie awards, and two regional Emmy awards.

Finding fulfillment through creativity, Kristin has earned a variety of odd accomplishments: she rode (and fell off of) Oklahoma’s largest Holstein bull, survived noodling for catfish, skydiving, cycling 160 miles in two days for Multiple Sclerosis and rappelling off two high-rise buildings for charity.

Sharon Sweeney is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Ms. Sweeney also serves as the Bank’s ethics officer.

Sharon Sweeney is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Ms. Sweeney also serves as the Bank’s ethics officer.

Sweeney joined the Bank in 1985 and has served as chair to the Subcommittee of Legal Counsel that provides legal analysis and advice to the Conference of Presidents. Ms. Sweeney is currently a member and chairs an established workgroup of that subcommittee. Ms. Sweeney serves as a member of the Subcommittee of Legal Counsel’s Executive Committee.

Ms. Sweeney earned her JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University and earned certification as a mediator from Harvard Law School. She received her undergraduate degree from Baldwin Wallace University, graduating summa cum laude.
